Special Features: Removable Head Rest(Hood): Main purpose of the head rest is to support the head of a sleeping child but it can also be used as production from the elements. Please note it is not waterproof. Head rest is stored in a pocket on the waist belt and can be used in front and back carry positions. Removable Infant Insert: Beco Butterfly II is the only carier on the market with this feature allowing even the smallest baby to ride safely and comfortably in an ergonomic proper position. The Infant insert can be removed once the baby outgrows the need for it. Stay Put Strap: This strap is a 1" wide belt with two D-rings which are sewn at the waist belt and helps keep the baby carrier rolled up neatly for storage. The carrier can also be rolled up and worn around the wearers waist like a "fanny pack" and can act like a "hip seat" for a child. Inside Panel: Shoulder straps of the baby carrier are attached to the carrier's inside panel which improves distribution of the baby's weight and enables parent's to pass baby from one wearer to another without taking baby out of the carrier.
