Returns

If you would like to return your purchased items please email us to obtain a refund tracking # or the package will be refused. You must then fill out the return form and include this form in your package. Once your return is received by Peek-A-Boo Creations™, you will receive the full purchase price of your merchandise less the shipping costs. Sorry, but shipping costs, border taxes or custom charges are not refundable. Naturally, if an error is made by Peek-A-Boo Creations™, we will gladly refund your shipping costs as well. All items must be in new condition with all tags attached and in the packaging. Worn items, personalized items and special orders are not refundable. No item is returnable after 14 days from purchase. If the package is refused, sent back as "return to sender" or the address provided is incomplete or incorrect Peek-A-Boo Creations™ will recover this shipping cost prior to refunding.

Shipping

Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days of receiving your order.  If for any reason the products you have ordered will be delayed we will notify you immediately.

International Shipping (US, Europe, etc)

Unfortunately, we do not ship our products internationally. We currently only sell our products in Canada.

If you live near Oakville, Ontario

We welcome local pick up if you would like to save yourself the shipping charges, just select the local pickup option upon check out. We will pack your order and put it aside for you to pick up at your convience.  Just tell our staff that you are picking up an order and they will get it for you.  Please see "About Us" for our address and store hours.

$0 - $30 rate is $6.85 CAD
$30 - $60 rate is $8.85 CAD
$60 - $150 rate is $10.85 CAD
$150 - $300 rate is $12.85 CAD  

Ship to Canada (except Ontario)

$0 - $30 rate is $7.85 CAD 
$30 - $60 rate is $9.85 CAD
$60 - $150 rate is $11.85 CAD 
$150 - $300 rate is $13.85 CAD 
$300 + rate is $17.85 CAD

In Canada expect arrival time of 5-10 business days depending upon location. If you would like your order sent by a courier for faster delivery, please note that additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us for further information.
