How it works:
We will contact you 2 weeks prior to your delivery date to ensure your sizing needs have not changed. Please ensure you reply to us in a timely manner, if we do not hear from you we will assume your sizing needs remain the same. We will then deliver your diapers to you prior to your deleivery date. If no one is home we will leave them at your front door. There will be a re-stocking fee for any diapers that are returned due to improper sizing, and the delivery fee is non-refundable. Please note that if it is our error no penalty will be applied and we will exchange the diapers at our expense.
